Q. Are BYWAR's hand painted articles colorfast? 

A. Yes, our hand painted articles are fade resistant. To better care for your hand painted fabric, please read through our fabric care instructions here. 

 

Q. Can I dry clean BYWAR's hand painted articles?

A. Yes, for best results we recommend dry cleaning your hand painted articles. For more details, you can view our fabric care instructions here. 

 

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Delivery times are mentioned separately for all articles, please check them before ordering.

For urgent orders, we recommend discussing your deadline with us before placing an order. Items included in Flash Delivery take 2-5 working days for delivery as well.

If you've placed an order for multiple articles that include items in stock and made to order articles, they will all be delivered altogether, i.e. when the made to order items are ready, so be sure to note delivery times of all articles.

Q. Can I get gift wrapping for my order?

A. Yes! Gift wrapping is charged at Rs. 500/- You may ask for gift wrapping along with a personalized message in the order notes section.

 

Q. I want my order to reach me before a certain date, can I be accommodated?

A. Before placing an order, be sure to discuss your deadline with us so that we can check feasibility. For articles in stock, delivery time can take 2-5 working days.
